Connecting via Dreamweaver
Matt
We don't run MX, but we do use Dreamweaver 4. The basic information is the same, it's just entered in different places. I believe MX prompts you for this information step by step. It gives you the option to Work off the Server Directly, or to Download your Site so You work Locally, and then Upload. You seem to want to do the Second Choice.

Look for SITE: Define Site.

Local Info
Site Name: whatever you want "Top Tops"
Local Folder: the location of the folder where you want to keep your files.
HTTPAddress: http://toptops.biz

Remote Info:
Access: FTP
FTP Host: toptops.biz
Host Directory: /home/www/toptops/
Login: toptops
Password: 55......... (the # I gave you earlier today)
Uncheck any other options ("Use passive FTP")

That is the info you need to get going. Then you Connect to the server. Then you highlight any files you want, and click the Arrow that Goes Down--to your Local Side.
